Hello writers! This is my first blog and I would like to introduce myself and the purpose of my blog. I am a married Mom of 3 kids, and am currently writing my first novel which I hope to publish. I'm a stay at home Mom and often start my days at the gym, working out and running which clear my head. I love to cook and have gotten pretty good at canning over the years. I love gardening and recently started my first garden which did amazing. I wanted to create a forum for writers and aspiring authors or published authors to share ideas and tips with each other about the publishing process and the art of writing. I have always loved to write and raising kids has kept me so busy that I have put this hobby down for a long time...but the good news is I am currently UNBLOCKED! I love the researching phase of writing and that is what I am immersed in currently, tons of research as my novel is set in a different decade which lends itself to a wonderful new learning process for myself. Anyone else get excited when they walk into a library? Ever since I was a young girl, I love the smell of books, the feel of them in my hands, and the excitement of a new story taking you out of your life and into another world.
